Every shoe is designed with care and attention to detail, ensuring a one-of-a-kind creation that can’t be duplicated. The process is based on availability, and once a design is created, it may not be recreated exactly.

To get started, simply fill out the order form with your design preferences, size, and any personal touches you’d like to include (please note it may take up to 3-5 business days for a reply). Prices range depending on design complexity, shoe type and any add on features. After confirming your design, we’ll guide you through signing the agreement and completing full payment. Please note that custom orders take 4-6 weeks to complete, and a rush option is available for an additional fee if you're working on a tight timeline.

All shoes are final sale and non-refundable, so please ensure you’re happy with your design before finalizing. Shipping costs are paid by the customer and vary based on location and method.
